How We Handle Inquiries
Every calculation report is reviewed by our engineering maintainers against our automated regression test suites and verified against standard references (such as NIST conversion tables, WHO health models, or federal amortization regulations).
If an algorithm defect is confirmed, we deploy a regression test case, rectify the underlying calculation logic, and push an update across all static distributions immediately.
